Control strategies for rotational single sheet testers
Rotational single sheet testers characterize electrical steel sheets under the influence of rotating magnetic fields. Compared to standard one dimensional measurements, a characterization under more realistic conditions can be achie- ved. As a drawback, assuring the desired field distribution in the measurement area is complicated due to the more complex magnetic circuit geometry. Within this project field oriented control strategies are designed and implemented to achieve a better control of the flux density distribution inside the sample.
