The 10th International Symposium on Linear Drives for Industry Applications (LDIA 2015).

This symposium will be held in Aachen, Germany, on July 27-29 2015 at the SuperC.
The goal of the symposium is to bring together researchers from both academia and industry, and to share research findings and discuss future developments in linear drive technology.

Dear Colleagues,

this is a kind reminder for the participants of 10th International Symposium on Linear Drives for Industry Applications (LDIA 2015) in Aachen, Germany to finally register for the conference.
Please be aware that Aachen is a very busy place and that hotel reservation can be troublesome some days before the conference starts. For further information please visit the conference website: www.ldia2015.org

The technical program is almost ready and will fill our two days with various interesting presentations. There is time for networking and interesting scientific contacts for senior scientists and in particular for our young researchers.
We will start on Sunday evening at 5pm with a welcome reception in the laboratory halls of IEM. During the welcome reception the institute's measurement infrastructure can be visited.
A technical tour at the last day will round up the scientific event. We will visit the Center for Wind Power Drives and the Center for Mobile Propulsion of RWTH Aachen University. Registration for the tour can be done at the registration desk in Aachen.

The traditional LDIA conference dinner will be served in the historical Crowning Hall of Aachen city hall on Tuesday 7pm. All full registered as well as all student registered participants are invited to join.
For the post conference publication a limited number of registered and scientifically appropriate presented contributions will selected for the peer review publication in AEE journal as an extension of the full paper version. Please note that the deadline for the up-load of the 4 pages full paper version is May 25, 2015.
I look forward to welcome you soon at the conference in Aachen.
